Private Pilates sessions can be either on a One to One, Two to One or even a private group session.
Private sessions are specifically tailored to meet individual’s goals and needs as well as to progress according to each person’s rhythm and pace. Private sessions can be for all levels; Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or for mixed abilities if you are a group.
These sessions can be wherever is most convenient for the client, whether at their own house, in a park, at their local gym or anywhere else they like.
Days and time can be flexible according to availability.
